      Pros

      Company has lot of history with AWS, so there are great connections to AWS staff. Lots of knowledge in the company.

      Cons

      If you come for a boring 9-5 job, you're wrong here. It's demanding, ever changing and for now I'm not sure that's something everyone can sustain over a longer period.

      Pros

      Nothing really positive - the AWS work maybe

      Cons

      Terrible management and project management especially bad - the pm’s only schedule meetings but act like they are in charge with no tech knowledge - they over meeting the client but do not realize it bc pm’s need something to do… they make money by using AWS MAP program which is AWS given money to customers to switch to AWS which goes to AC.
