Pros

It's a great place to learn new things and grow your skills. It's a challenging environment where your colleagues trust you, but they are also there to assist you anytime you need it. The people are really nice and welcoming.

Nothing really positive - the AWS work maybe

Cons

Terrible management and project management especially bad - the pm’s only schedule meetings but act like they are in charge with no tech knowledge - they over meeting the client but do not realize it bc pm’s need something to do… they make money by using AWS MAP program which is AWS given money to customers to switch to AWS which goes to AC.
