So many to list. Let's start with the higher level executive who writes most of these raving reviews in various positions. He also overuses AI and thinks he's clever. Treats people below him like peasants. AOH has a culture of complete micromanagement across the board. Read the other reviews on here. AOH is always on the hunt for new companies to acquire and bring on. Established employees are let go to make room for incoming employees and to honor the current purchasing contract... for a while, until it's over, then everyone is fair game for the next acquisition. It's a revolving door. I know people who have had a short-term disability for the first time in their lives because it was so stressful. A lot of really good people have been eliminated because of their acquisition practice. Do not think for a second that they care about their employees; they only care about the executive-level staff. That's it.
Benefits are below average, of course. Bottom line matters. Employees do not.
Do not work for this company. If you ever feel like you want to, or they are acquiring your company, search AOH and find some previous employees. They'll tell you to start sending out your resumes.
