Pros

You get a chance to learn about some decent software and remote management tools. But that’s about it.

Cons

The positive reviews found on Glassdoor about this company can either be old when the company once had many amazing technicians & system engineers, or created by bogus accounts to inflate the overall rating. I worked here for over a year, which is longer than most people do when they step foot in the door. The turn over in my first year was insanely high. Most people left the without a 2 week notice because it was worth their time to suffer for 2 more weeks in a toxic environment. You will sign a salary agreement with a potential bonus. That bonus is a lie! That bonus comes to you by way of Bonusly. Google it. If you are brand new to IT, you will learn a lot here. But if you think you can get a promotion into a higher paying position, think again. The CEO is a penny pincher, and will give you impossibly difficult hoops to jump through in order for you to get that promotion. So, it will never happen. You will train for one week on the client’s dime, and then be asked to do many on-site visits without the complete information of what you need to do. The company is running completely on Connect Wise ticketing system. You will be arbitrarily assigned tickets to do and expected to meet SLAs in a drop of a hat. Clients fast track tickets at any given time. At the beginning of every week the ticket count will be at least 100 or upper 80’s. The count goes down by the end of the week, but by the next Monday, it will be back up at 100 again. Which means AllSafeIT system is broken. You have to clock in and out of every ticket you are assigned. And you are being watched remotely by the CEO at any given time. So, if you value your privacy, hard pass on this job.

Pros

The team is friendly and works well together. Good chances to work on automation and make things better. Managers support new ideas and improvements and listens to new employees very well. Work hours are fair, and personal time is respected. Get to learn and use new technologies with the training programs each week. Everyone up to the CEO is easily approachable hence making things easier for employees

Cons

No team dinners from the employer. Having team dinners refreshes the minds of both employees and employer and team get to make good memories with each other and company and tends to focus more on work after a period of relaxation. Should be an area for the employees to rest in the time of break. Certain tasks feel repetitive and could be automated.

Pros

None. There is nothing this company does well.

Cons

This is hands down the worst place I’ve ever worked. Every so-called “achievement” here is bought, not earned. Titles, recognition, promotions, none of it reflects skill, effort, or impact. It’s all transactional and performative, which makes hard work feel pointless and integrity feel optional. Every single employee is overworked. Not “busy,” not “challenged”, burned out. Unrealistic expectations are the norm, boundaries don’t exist, and staffing levels are a joke. Ask anyone, at any level, on any team: they’ll tell you the same thing. There’s complete agreement across the organization on how miserable this place is. The culture is toxic and exhausting. Leadership either doesn’t notice the damage being done and doesn’t care. Morale is nonexistent, turnover is constant, and the stress follows you home. It’s genuinely bad for your mental health, and no job is worth that. If you value fairness, well-being, or actually earning success, avoid this place at all costs. This isn’t just a bad job, it’s the worst place imaginable to work.
