      I made decent money because I was a manager and hourly.

      Cons

      I was completely taken advantage of working here. Young and ambitious and willing to commit to hard work, sacrificing time with my family to do so. I was compensated financially as I was hourly and made a lot of OT. The two and a half years I worked there I learned what a toxic and manipulative work environment was. I'm stronger for it. I have PTSD from how I was treated here.

      Management, Core Values, departmental Support, Wages, Dedication to the resident’s wellbeing

      Cons

      Staffing, so much local competition, it was hard to wither attract or retain frontline associates. Common issues you would find at any other community in the area.

      Beautiful facility. Support staff very friendly and helpful

      Cons

      ED - non supportive, disrespectful, demeaning, insulting, micromanages, accuses management staff of lying, hardly ever works a full 8hr day
