Like another reviewer here you do get semi-decent training if you've never done any sort of cold calling. Some of the staff were good company

There are a lot if we're all honest. - The two owners are just not very adept - its not a nice thing to say but it is true. - The company and accounts are structured in a manner to ensure agents are kept at the bottom. They will tell you that it's to ensure quality, but it's to ensure that they make more money. - They almost never hire experienced agents. The experienced agents that they do hire are very bad. They see it as a retirement job. One of them makes about 6 placements a year. - Poor treatment of staff - Cannot hold onto the good staff - they all leave for better roles. Advice for agents currently there: Leave for a better company. Better yet, leave for a better country Advice for agents looking to move there: DON'T
