Pros
Most agents are very helpful if you're new, the BIC is so pleasant and the OA's do an amazing job of running day to day operations!
Cons
Training is outdated and everytime it feels like a sales putch to buy more supoort from the company. Monthly fees are very high and commission splits are low. Add in relo fees and I've paid out 81% on some transactions. Leads are given to favorites...I know this because I get them, while other agents say they've never gotten 1. The Accelerate program to "buy up" you commission rate is ridiculous. Overall, I expected more tech training, and more mentoring.
