Nothing good about this company they have very pathetic behavior to there employees.

Management lacks clear direction and long-term vision. Poor communication between leadership and teams. Limited recognition for employee efforts. Salary growth and career advancement opportunities are not well defined. Work environment can be stressful due to unclear processes and expectations.

Nothing positive to mention from my experience.

I worked here for a short period and found the work environment to be extremely rigid and stressful. Employees are expected to remain at their desks all day, with no freedom to take breaks, use phones, or even listen to music while working. There is little to no open communication, and management prefers full compliance rather than collaboration. This culture may suit those who are comfortable following very strict rules, but it’s not ideal for anyone looking for a supportive, balanced, or creative workplace.
