I have had the amazing opportunity to work at Alliance for four years now. It is incredibly fulfilling working for a company that not only cares about the people they employ but the ones they protect as well. At Alliance, there is a real TEAM environment all the way from the salespeople to the installers. The company structure and lines of communication ensure no matter what department you're working in, you know exactly who to go to for assistance. Alliance also provides an incredible training program to ensure you can maximize your full potential in the field.
Cons
Like many jobs, the long hours may have you feeling frustrated and worn out by the end of the week; however, once that paycheck hits your account, you will quickly get rejuvenated! Before Alliance, I would have never believed it was possible to work in the service industry and make six figures a year. Furthermore, the company is understanding of the demands and hours a tech is asked to put in, so when an extra day of rest is needed here or there, there is some flexibility.
