Cons
Favouritism and partiality is the key. In the name of visibility, we get to be tortured. Awards are nothing new, it would happen in the same pattern again and again. If u become one of their favourites then u'd get a chance for awards. Otherwise no matter how u perform at work, u wouldn't be valued.
