A multi-billion dollar company that has been good financially for years decided to offshore to India to save money and cut many positions in the office. I realized they undercut my salary by thousands. They do not want to talk about pay. They pretend to keep everyone in the loop by having so many meetings but the employees never really know what's going on. There is a lot of favortism, so advancement is only if you are a favorite.
