Pros
Allianz is a great place to work; the benefits they offer are second to none (401k match, stock purchase plan, paid time off), work life balance is great, and they foster a culture of giving back to the community.
Cons
The salary tends to be lower than other companies in the industry (although this is offset by the benefits mentioned above), and because it is a relatively small company there aren't as many opportunities to move around.
