Pros
The lower-level employees (i.e. handling the day-to-day operations) are great people, genuinely working hard to get projects completed on-time and with the highest quality possible. I experienced a strong sense of comradery in my daily work as we all interacted together to solve problems.
Cons
They company is very nepotistic, with multiple generations of family members working in upper areas of management. Sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, etc. are given "managerial" jobs with high paying salaries, while not possessing any credible or valid credentials to justify their positions. Most of the family members work remotely, and are more likely to create operational issues or communication problems instead of solving them or preemptively addressing them. If you aren't a part of the core unit of family or friends at the company, you'll pretty consistently be micro-managed, thrown under the bus when things go wrong, and worked 50-70 hours a week with poor pay.
