      Pros

      They take time to select the right people who are real difference makers and add to the team culture. Everyone I work with is so great at what they do, and everyone is willing to pitch in and help whenever needed. We all feed off of one another and have a great depth in our skill sets.

      Cons

      There could be better communication from the top down in the organization regarding long term goals and strategic plans.
