      Horrible management Bad planning of job Organization was pathetic I come to work for this company I drive all the way from Alberta and they lay off our whole orientation group and 30 others

      Care about you as an individual, work in various industries on interesting projects, opportunity to learn and grow as and engineer.

      Cons

      Not so well know in the US sometimes difficult to win work.

      Engineer in Atlanta - thank you for your post. I'm glad you feel that we care because we do! You directly impact your own and other's lives here at Allnorth and at our clients. For that, thank you. As we grow, we will become more common place in more clienst in the US, that I can promise you. Just last week we had great meetings with a large Fibre and Chemicals provider that we hope to deliver projects to from coast to coast in the lower 49.

      Pros

      Sstarted a new role at Allnorth and am very impressed by the training and onboarding process. Everyone has been very helpful and has been great at making themselves available. 30-60-90 day plans are clear and management and trainers have included me in the process. And you can bring your dog to the office!
