Pros
Tomorrow marks my 6 month mark at Allocadia and I thought it made sense to share my experience for others who may be interested in working here.
-Great people. Everyone is supportive, kind, helpful, and easy going. Alternatively all the teams have a can do attitude which really makes the culture and atmosphere a lovely place to be.
-Amazing customers. I interviewed at 5 different shops before choosing Allocadia and one of the big reasons was how much our customers are advocates. It's really amazing, it shows that Allocadia means something and that we're doing the right thing.
- Motivating Sales Team. As a member of the sales team in business development, I can't say how lucky I am to start off my career with such a great direct manager, intelligent coworkers, and driven reps. One of the co founders is also very active on the sales side of things and is always looking for ways to support the team.
-Sweet perks! Free snacks (lots of them!), great location, lots of events, exceptional compensation, and LOTS of room for growth. In my opinion, it's the ideal start up environment.
Overall, very happy to be apart of the team and do not plan on leaving anytime soon. Keep doing what you're doing.
Cons
I feel that sometimes we're too metrics driven from a day to day perspective but it's understandable when there's some much growth opportunity and potential. It's hard to get that balance right between qualitative and quantitative metrics but it's definitely improving Q over Q and the leaders take feedback very well.\
