Pros
First thing to note is the good attitude that flows over into all departments. Everyone has a great "urgency of work" ethic that is equally balanced by a good sense of humor. Even on the busiest of days you will hear cackling from all around. It makes working that much easier and rewarding. Everyone seems to genuinely get along.
Allscope also has provided the best work/life balance that I have ever experienced. Working from home is not an issue. Being a parent, I have had many a time that my kids were sick and I had to stay home with them - doctor trips etc. - this was NEVER an issue. Everyone is set up electronically to work from home and it's a God-send.
Management-wise, I have no complaints. everyone is open minded and most of all tasks are executed in a collaboration among everyone within the group. It's refreshing, to say the least, when someone asks "what do YOU think about this?" rather than "this is how it's going to be!". This attitude has not changed since I started here almost 4 years ago.
Cons
Raises are sometimes a challenge...but that being said, no more than any place else really.
