Pros
- Open and very transparent communication at all levels about what's going on in the business
- Hard working but laid back culture. No one here is stuffy or uptight
- Very smart people
- Casual dress code (jeans, t-shirts, etc.)
- Very wide selection of benefit plans; there's a plan choice and employee cost that works for everyone
- Very attractive 401k plan
- If you want to move the needle and have a bias towards getting things done, this is a great place
- If you want to b part of building a business, this is a great place
- Not a lot of red tape; decision making is straightforward and based on the business need
- Lots of opportunities to grow your career with the business if you put in the effort
Cons
- It's a start up. It's entrepreneurial. Processes are not fully developed and communications between teams is not always a well oiled machine. That's fine for some people but would not be a good scenario for people who need the structure that larger organizations have.
- You have to be a self starter to be successful here.
- There's not a lot of amenities near the office (lunch places, ability to run errands midday, etc.). The business needs to be located in industrial space so it is what it is but that's not appealing to everyone.
