1. Lean Team, hence more transparent in terms of business, product and community is immense 2. Brainstorming sessions involve the complete team which puts decisions in hands on the teams perspective and the learning becomes multifold. 3. Very helpful friendly and fun management/team! 4. Great learning opportunities across domains.
Cons
Not for someone without an entrepreneurial edge or someone who looks for a two storey office, perks of MNCs and/or a structured 9 to 5 job.
