Pros
They offer good benefits and a laid-back dress code.
Cons
There is absolutely no room for growth at Almeco. You will be in the same position until you quit or you get fired. Don't be fooled by their "promotions" That's just Almeco's way of giving it's employees more work, with no pay increase.
There's also a strong stink of favoritism there. You will know you're not the favorite. It's quite clear who is.
The atmosphere is not good. The building itself is cement with two windows throughout the building. Work breaks (I.E. Internet breaks, talk breaks, or even to go outside and get some air) are HIGHLY frowned upon. You must work from the time you arrive to the time you leave in order to be a good "employee"
The wrong people are put in the wrong positions, with little to no input from the employees.
There is no rewards or intensives to go above or beyond.
You get your paycheck and that's all. Not so much as a slap on the back or a "good job" is offered.
If you work here, be prepared to have your patience, work ethic, and strength tested at least once.
