Pros

Here they don't have "P" of the letter Pros.

Cons

I worked at Aloden LLC or Aloden Technologies or Even Flow Solution Inc (this scam company has so many other names as well) and can confidently say it is one of the most toxic and exploitative work environments I’ve ever encountered. I’m writing this to help others make an informed decision before considering employment here. Major Issues I Faced: Workplace Politics & Favoritism – Internal politics were rampant, largely driven by senior leadership, including HR (Sheela Jena) and CEO (PK Samal). Promotions and recognition (they don't provide usually, but in case) were often based on favoritism rather than merit. Harassment & Unsafe Conditions – Several employees, including myself, experienced harassment, and concerns about physical and mental safety were ignored or downplayed. Unpaid Work & No Incentives – Employees were often expected to work beyond normal hours without proper compensation or incentives. Overtime was unpaid, and any effort to raise this issue was brushed off. They never give incentives to any of us, always lied to us regarding incentives—that the company is not in a good position to provide incentives. No HR Support – HR did not function independently or professionally. Complaints were dismissed or used against employees instead of being resolved, especially Sheela Jena—she basically logged in late, like 3–4 hours, and used to go outside of the office premises to booze and eat for more than 5–6 hours without any intimation to anyone. If you go to her, she won’t listen to you as she is very partial. She is very unprofessional; I don’t know how she became an HR. Toxic Culture – The environment was deeply demoralizing. Speaking up about mistreatment was met with retaliation or subtle threats. Turnover was extremely high, which reflects the unhealthy conditions. The owner/CEO, PK Samal, is a very rude older man who often shouted at employees, used inappropriate language and slurs, and was consistently disrespectful toward both employees and job candidates. This workplace left a lasting negative impact on me, both personally and professionally. I would not recommend Aloden LLC to anyone seeking a respectful, safe, or fair work environment. In a simple word - if you don’t want your life to turn into hell, stay away from this toxic company.
