Beautiful location and beautifully designed facility, the longevity of staff

The staff is clicky; lots of favoritism, nepotism, bullies, poor communication, backstabbing, and closed-mindedness. Facility leader promotes unfair treatment of staff.

The location in the city of industry was in a suite. Building was nice and the restrooms are clean. Paid bi-weekly.

CEO does not care for employees. There is no way to reason with the CEO because he just does not care. Low pay for a stressful job. CEO will bother employees on the weekends with a patient's voicemail regarding a complaint. No vacation. There will be work on holidays without extra pay.
