no pros only if u love to sleep till late in morning you can because they will suck your blood from 2 pm to 2 am ...and then you can sleep till 12 noon ..isnt dat good!! good if u in need of money and u r ready to sell yourself work ( 12 hours minimum)
Cons
pathetic work culture no HR policies illiterate or under educated HR staff no fixed work timings ( more dan 12 hrs in general) not corporate but cheap politics dominated company by some senior freaks they never care for your hard work but yessss if u know licking and ready to work more dan 12 hrs ...dis is a place for your growth ..go join but... if u love peace of your life and love ur family time ....DO NOT JOIN .... dats all i have to say...
