- Leadership is chaotic, directionless and dishonest: Decisions are made on other occasions without adequate thought on a whim, sometimes contradicting previous decisions. There is no clear long-term strategy; therefore, management can only react with a short-sighted approach. Lies after lies result in a unmotivated, uncofident team.
- Toxic culture: Fear, lies and control are the primary management tools. Public reprimands, sudden firings, and all-around distrust give rise to a stressful and demoralizing working environment.
- No growth or autonomy: Employees are expected to follow orders unquestioningly. Suggestions for improvements are dismissed or perceived as threats. Initiative is not encouraged; hence, career advancement is impossible.
- Suffocating micromanagement: Employees are watched rather than allowed to do their work.
- Crazy turnover: Employees are constantly leaving-on their own accord or because of an unexpected firing. This instability adds to the workload for the people who are still there.
- Poor benefits and outdated work policies: Work-from-home options are heavily limited, and there isn't any real bonus or incentive program beyond the minimum required.
