Cons

Low pay and bonuses don't match work. No monitoring of activity and behavior of all of levels of management. Work life balance needs work. Job security needs work. Hard to get promoted to the next level when management holds you back.

Remote flexibility, mobility within the company

Cons

horrible work environment, not always given the ability to do the things expected of you, team support wouldn't listen to provided requests, can get ghosted if you end up with too many tech problems with THEIR equipment
