      Good for newbies Acceptable starting rate (depends on you, for me i was single and just had to feed myself) Some co worker are decent - thank diversity Good enough for experience

      Cons

      Micromanagement TL does not care about your health, just what you can deliver (for their incentives) will give difficult account to newbie and throw you to prod after little training, and offer no support. you hv to be super extra good to be able to do or solve everything by yourself Toxic environment, lots of gossiper

      Pros

      They offer medical, vision, and dental benefits. Holidays off. There is an initial training for the job. Additional refresher trainings are provided as well.

      Cons

      Holidays off are not paid. This is the first company I have been employed with that does not pay for the holidays.
