Worked like a dog from 8-5pm with only 6 minutes of downtime allowed per day for restroom use. Had to be clocked in and taking calls by 8am, and if you were just a few minutes late (even if due to log in issues) that was a penalty. Not allowed to have any items at desk, expected to sit without so much as a fidget toy it anything as you took calls all day
