Pros

Salary was always paid on time. High-pressure environment that pushes you to grow and adapt.

Cons

Forced to do unpaid OT as a team to make up for a DSAT survey. Managers are angry and willing to humiliate you in front of everyone. I didn't stay for long because the compensation is not worth the level of stress they put you under.

You get to work from home.

Cons

Low pay , bonuses not paid on time, no raises, micro managed constantly, lay offs or reduced hours at any time. No proper training. Metric based. They don’t care about or or the customer.
