customer care agent - Customer Care Representative Alorica Employee Review

Everything about it is annoying. I worked for Alorica for one month and it was just awful. Too high stress, inadequate training, too much pressure from the management, bad communication, some managers are just abusive. Terribly underfunded by the client they were outsourcing and overall lack of organization or clear guidelines. Just an awful job.
