Pros

The one good thing Alorica did for me was "promote" me to a Trainer position.

Cons

The specific center I worked at was closed, and everyone was laid off. I think that's a pretty big con.

Pros

Remote flexibility, mobility within the company

Cons

horrible work environment, not always given the ability to do the things expected of you, team support wouldn't listen to provided requests, can get ghosted if you end up with too many tech problems with THEIR equipment
