Pros

Work is easy, Most of the managers and QA's are fair

Cons

Insurance in limited, pay could be better. Was told we would receive bonus and not seen that yet schedules are terrible. I know there must be a way to try to at least give a employee off 1 weekend day a week, and 2 days together. If one of your employee's become really ill with no insurance or limited they are in trouble

Pros

Remote flexibility, mobility within the company

Cons

horrible work environment, not always given the ability to do the things expected of you, team support wouldn't listen to provided requests, can get ghosted if you end up with too many tech problems with THEIR equipment
