      When you have worked in the same place for over 10 years and 3 company's Then Alorica buys them out and poof you are gone no warning, Nothing, just "We gotta let you go.... "

      Remote flexibility, mobility within the company

      Cons

      horrible work environment, not always given the ability to do the things expected of you, team support wouldn't listen to provided requests, can get ghosted if you end up with too many tech problems with THEIR equipment
