Pros
They don't seem to care about attendance as long as you make your stats. So if you're one of those employees who knows how to play the system and can make your stats you can get away with showing up late everyday
Cons
Inconsistent enforcement of rules. Low pay. No real support for employee. High stress (In my tenure we had a person die on the job) The company puts no value in there employees and makes no effort to help them advance.
