Pros

The company hires quickly, they will provide you with evening schedules to work, the management can be pretty laid back depending on the day, on the job training and average salary for call center work.

Cons

the management can be extremely unprofessional, you dont learn much of anything in training and then they expect you to go on the production floor and know everything, they make many changes last minute and expect you to be able to adjust to them, many of the employees complain all the time, they hang up on customers and yeah, i just plan on working here for 3 more months until I can leave.

Pros

Excellent coworkers, great bonus structure, loved the project I was assigned.

Cons

Miromanaged by trainer, for the entire time I worked this project. Said trainer had no qualms about dressing people down in front of whole floor, loud enough for clients to hear while on calls!
