Pros

As an entry-level Customer Support Specialist with Alorica, THERE IS AMPLE OPPORTUNITY for career growth. Many positions are filled from promotions within the company; and with competitive salaries it's a WIN WIN.

Cons

My only con would be to find a better workflow and employment of technology to be added to the training program to insure retention and production.

Things move quickly, which can be challenging at times, but it keeps the work exciting.

Pros

They offer medical, vision, and dental benefits. Holidays off. There is an initial training for the job. Additional refresher trainings are provided as well.

Cons

Holidays off are not paid. This is the first company I have been employed with that does not pay for the holidays.
