      *close to home, that's it.

      Cons

      * Incompetent upper management with zero people skills. * Pay is sub par to same positions at other local companies * They will dispose of you at a drop of a hat (even the long term employees)

      Pros

      They offer medical, vision, and dental benefits. Holidays off. There is an initial training for the job. Additional refresher trainings are provided as well.

      Cons

      Holidays off are not paid. This is the first company I have been employed with that does not pay for the holidays.
