Relaxed atmosphere and dress code.

Cons

Good for entry level technicians, little room for advancement. Raises were unheard of. Micromanagement was through the roof.

Pros

You get to work from home.

Cons

Low pay , bonuses not paid on time, no raises, micro managed constantly, lay offs or reduced hours at any time. No proper training. Metric based. They don’t care about or or the customer.
