The factory has no advantages other than transporting workers to the factory by shuttle and having a canteen.

It doesn't matter if you have experience. This company is one that hires people at minimum wage. I have 7 years of experience in factory production, but they only paid me minimum wage. This company has no fringe benefits. The factory has a shuttle bus to bring its workers to the factory, but it's insufficient. There are six working days a week and three shifts: 08:00-16:00, 16:00-00:00, and 00:00-08:00, but there is no pay difference for night shifts. Daytime overtime is a maximum of 3 hours, but if there is a shortage of staff in the next shift, you may be asked to stay on overtime until the end of the next shift. Employee turnover is high, and this company is constantly looking for new employees.
