Great team with a diverse and international background. The people are genuinely nice, supportive, and highly motivated, which makes collaboration enjoyable. The office is modern and pleasant, creating a positive working atmosphere. There are flexible working options, including remote and home office possibilities. The industries are interesting, and the clients are very exciting to work with, offering exposure to diverse and engaging projects.

More structure and clearer long-term strategy could be helpful as the company continues to grow. However, this is quite normal for startups and smaller organizations, where processes are still evolving.

It is a fast paced working environment where you have the opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility and initiative and own new projects, allowing you to learn very fast. Even if you have a specific role, you can take on all sorts of projects and are always informed of the newest updates and projects others are working on. All employees are young, energetic, kind and open!

As it is a young company, a few structured processes and frameworks are still missing - however this can also be seen as an opportunity to shape the future of the company and try out new things.
