some fun perks, a lot of passion from some employees, good chances to network, opportunities to travel and see new stuff
Cons
NO room to grow. incredibly high turnover rate = no longterm strategy for anything, everything is improvised, everyone has ideas that'll never happen and one's an expert.
everyone's overworked so no one can focus. pay is inadequate for the level of responsibility (for example needing to be on call all the time while needing to supply your own phone + plan).
staff can't decide if they want to be a frat & party or be a serious corporation and make money. so they do both badly.
basically working here is fun but the work-life balance isn't there (when the ceo volunteers staff to work through the weekend because of his last minute ideas). you won't get paid nearly enough for the crazy expectations. just look for a real job at a real company.
