Fake or commonly say worst Company i ever worked with - Manager Alpha G Corp Development Private Limited Employee Review

Company is one of the only few in its segment that works ethically and professionally. Ambiance is corporate with procedural compliances to follow. Preparing a business plan and following the same is very rare in most of real estate companies. A very good systematic learning for individual future. HR is very good and very supportive. Good for your career

Bureaucratic issues are growing. Procedures and compliances are for the system that is being built by human resources which is somehow becoming so stringent that it sometimes hurt the market pace which is also crucial for business. Competitors don't wait for so much to follow.

There is not any best reason to work in this company.

I had work in this company from Jan 2017. I was manage one of the site in noida. In my tenure I had forget my personal life. In may 2019 the Noida site was exhausted due yo negligence of new commer sr. Management. But they told us that hu you all our Alpha family do not to worry about your job we will adjust you. After 2 month I got a call from HR that we donot have any site to adjust you so resigne from the position. If these guys do not have any site then they should tell all the employee at the same time when an employee has an option to join other organisations. Now they are changing ball the old employees just because the new commer seniors want to save their job.
