There is no wiggle room in negotiations. Community Assistants don't get discounts on property rentals but are required to live there to work.

I had a disappointing experience with Alpha Management. The company does not support a healthy work-life balance, often expecting employees to prioritize work over personal commitments. At times, it felt as thoug management lacked empathy and understanding, and I even felt discriminated against during my time there. I cannot recommend working in such an environment.
