Pros
The company is not doing well. They have let go of so many good people after several rounds of company restructures over the past year. Because of this instability and a pretty dramatic (negative) change in company culture, people are also leaving. This is unfortunate because this company used to be wonderful to work for.
Cons
-Multiple restructures over the past 12 months causing significant reduction in employee count and burnout across the board.
