Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate and value your input as an employee. One of our core values is “Create Harmony,” and this centers around our employees having a work/life balance. We have every intention to make Alpha Omega a great place to work. With this, we will work with our managers to stress the importance of their team members developing a work/life balance. We do an annual employee benefits survey and encourage our employees to provide feedback on our benefits programs. This year we are bringing in three new benefits based on employee recommendations. Pros

Pay was above market salaries for the role. Now I know why.

Cons

-Horrible management and leadership, zero empathy or support, very combative and degrading. -Horrible HR staff, combative and immature, zero empathy or support. -As consultants billing to the client, the expectation is you work/bill full 40hr weeks to the client but AO leaders schedule mid day status calls with zero clue you are busy supporting the client and billing. If you do not prepare or attend the AO calls, your manager will make snarky degrading comments like 'you would know that if you attended the weekly status calls!!' Zero clue on what the consultants are going through to support clients. It is a disaster.
