Pros

The only pro I can think of is not having to deal with such an unorganized leadership team.

Cons

-the pay is exceptionally low for the work experience required -the HR person is never available, rarely in the office, and nothing is ever done on time. - the US office is completely ignored compared to the Pakistan office. -the benefits are horribly expensive, start on your 2nd month, and you have to pay for them, assuming you even get coverage correctly.
