-Management think they are superior
-A very toxic culture/ management look down on many staff members
-Management provide 1-1 training with a member of staff that is swamped in work and is overworked/not accredited for their value in the place and then leave you in the deep end
-No HR to complain to, except your manager who is very cold
-Managers will send emails giving warnings whenever small mistakes are made, but never send emails praising them for their asset to the company
-Expect you to stay a bit later than your normal shift, leaving “on time” isn’t enough
-Staff will often discuss all of these things, but won’t say anything to management as there is no one to go to and they are scared
