-Leadership changes changed everything that made alphakor a good place to work. - workload is unrealistic and we are expected to suck it up - tech team works hard and brings in money to support other failing depts. -training doesn't exist -stress level is so high you can feel it when you walk in -nobody is happy anymore -some people dont get trouble when they dont do their jobs
