India Office is basically product based outsourcing - Software Engineer AlphaSense Employee Review

- No challenging work, menial work mostly maintenance from Helsinki office is outsourced to India. Management does not seem to care about this issue. All the good work is taken up either at Helsinki or New York office. - Accountability is there only for the Indian teams. Helsinki teams do not seem to have as much accountability. - HR is receptive to feedback but unable to resolve issues. Coming up with excuses. - Parking space is simply not there to fit vehicles of all the employees. Have to park outside. - Food is not good but this issue is being taken care of.
