Very Poor Experience - Anonymous employee Alphascript Pharmacy Employee Review

Thank you for this review. Management at Alphascript always appreciates feedback, whether it be positive or negative. We strive to make all employees feel as though they are a part of our culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. This review will help us hone our employee communications in a way that supports our culture. While we appreciate this input and will certainly take these comments into consideration, we also believe this review is overstating, and perhaps even embellishing the employee experience at Alphascript. We have no expectation that a new hire will "know everything from the get-go". To the contrary, we actually expect that newly hired employees will know very little about our operations until at least 3 months into their training. For some positions, this training time-frame may be even longer. As a result, we ask that new hires make no independent decisions until we feel they are able to make decisions that support our commitment to patient safety. Further, because we treat each patient with the utmost care and professionalism, and because we go to great lengths to get every patient the crucial medications they need, our training process is rigorous and complicated. We understand that some of our newly hired employees are not up to the challenge of getting through this training. We expect, in fact, that some new hires will not make it through the initial 6 months of employment with us. But those who do are rewarded with a dynamic, always changing, and certainly rewarding, jobs with a Company that has no limits in growth and potential. Erin Stonestreet HR Director
