They accepted my notice letter

New starters don't get provided with a kit list and are just expected to know how to order new parts No one in the office is technical at all so are constantly emailing or calling to ask what part was used, despite it being on the system As for the job reporting system, it just doesn't work... Be prepared to be scrolling through endless amount of jobs have don't clear off, just to find what you're meant to be doing that day. You better have an iron bladder as there is no where to use a toilet. You'll lucky if you can find a mcds or service station while darting around. Expected to complete 8 hours a day, which is standard. During these 8 hours you're expected to travel to your working area, complete between 9 - 12 jobs which you're allowed an hour to complete, and also squeeze in a lunch break.

Cannot think of a single thing

Bad management! Constantly changing the structure of the company as they have no clue how to run it! Threatening you with your job on a daily basis, contracts being lost and no one person raising an eyelid.. staff fighting in the office and still employed! No benefits even though you work a 40+ hour week! No progression and if there is you either need to be friends with someone high up or somehow related (very clicky) HR have no respect for you and wouldn’t think twice and talking about you behind your back
